Welcome to my First Grade webpage! My name is Ms. Hinson and this is my 6th year as a teacher at Guy B. Teachey.
I am delighted to be your teacher this year. I have so many plans for this year. You willbe amazed at how much you learn in 1st grade. One reason I LOVE teaching 1st grade is that I'm always amazed and inspired by how much you learn and grow in one year.
When I'm not at school, I love to spend as much time with my sons and family as I can. They are both away at college this year and I have a VERY quiet house to myself. Chuck is a senior and Christian is a freshman at Appalachian State University. I am so excited they decided to go to ASU because most of my family have gone there.
